Our Key Office client  based in the Mitcheldean area is looking for a strong Receptionist for a Temp to Perm full time Contract to start ASAP.


Through the temporary period you will be working for Castlegate Recruitment


Receptionist- Job Role


- Call answering and front desk duties when required.


- Respond to enquiries and follow up maintaining a record.


- Production of licences & all associated paperwork.


- Dealing with Business Centre Client queries.


-Maintain and oversee Contracts to include phone & IT support/broadband/stationery/photocopier.


-Oversee new arrivals – keys, handbook, fire-drill, facilities, telephone instruction etc.


-Oversee smooth running of front desk.


-Updating of website.


-Maintain relationships with existing onsite companies.




Receptionist -  Qualifications


The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE Level coming from a strong administration background. Have excellent communication skills and Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point.


Receptionist - Hours & Hourly rate

Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm.

Rate £8.21 per hour.


Own transport essential due to client location or must live locally.


2 Employment references will be required at Agency registration.
